FREE SOFTWARE FOR 3D GAUSSIAN SPLATS
What if your 3D data never had to leave your computer?
Capture reality. Own your data. Build digital worlds.
SplatMan Desktop is ON3D's free, in-house tool for turning Gaussian Splats into polished, ready-to-share digital worlds — no cloud, no subscription, entirely on your own machine.
THE SOFTWARE
Meet SplatMan Desktop
A 3D scan isn't finished when the capture is done — the data still needs to be cleaned, edited, merged, compressed, and turned into something people can actually walk through. Most existing tools force you into a cloud subscription and require uploading your data to someone else's servers. SplatMan Desktop is our answer: a high-performance editor for 3D Gaussian Splats that runs entirely on your own computer, Windows, macOS, or Linux. Import, refine, align, measure, merge, and export multi-splat scenes with speed and precision — optimised for (but not limited to) data from XGRIDS devices. It's completely free, and your data never leaves your machine.

ISRAEL PARTNER
ON3D is also the Israeli reseller of the XGRIDS PortalCam
COMPATIBLE HARDWARE
Works great with the PortalCam
SplatMan Desktop is optimised for (but not limited to) data from XGRIDS devices. If you want the capture hardware too, ON3D is Israel's official reseller of the PortalCam — XGRIDS' handheld spatial camera, purpose-built for 3D Gaussian Splatting. You walk through a space naturally, no tripod, no stop-and-shoot, while onboard LiDAR and a four-camera array fuse geometry and color in real time.
LDR
96-channel LiDAR
Onboard LiDAR fused with a four-camera array captures geometry and color together, in real time.
WLK
Walk, don't scan
No tripod, no stop-and-shoot — carry it through a space naturally and let it do the work.
TIME
Minutes, not hours
A full walkthrough capture takes minutes per space, ready to bring straight into SplatMan Desktop.
FMT
Opens in any browser
The finished Gaussian Splat is something anyone can open and explore in a standard browser.
WHERE THIS COULD GO
More than one way to explore this
What you just saw isn't a fixed package. Depending on how your team works, this can fit in a few different ways — here are some directions worth a conversation.
SOFTWARE
Working with your own data
If you already have capture footage or point cloud data sitting around — from a PortalCam or any other Gaussian Splat source — SplatMan Desktop is free to download and use, kept entirely in-house rather than sent off to a third party.
WORTH ASKING ABOUT IF: you have (or want) Gaussian Splat data
Ask us about SplatManHARDWARE
Capturing your own sites
If your team is regularly on site, having the PortalCam in-house means capturing spaces on your own schedule, without waiting on a vendor. Worth exploring for field teams who'd use this often enough to want it close at hand.
WORTH ASKING ABOUT IF: you scan sites often
Ask us about thisON-SITE
We'll come and capture it ourselves
A house, a museum, an arena, a historic site — if you want the footage but not the hardware, ON3D will come on-site and do the capture directly, then hand you the finished Gaussian Splat. No equipment to buy, no learning curve.
WORTH ASKING ABOUT IF: you want the result, not the equipment

The Israeli route into this technology
ON3D began as a conversation between Israel and Switzerland — two engineering cultures that don't often cross paths, brought together by a shared interest in 3D capture technology. What started as an exchange of ideas became a partnership: we build SplatMan, our free in-house tool for editing 3D Gaussian Splats, and we're also the local, reliable entry point in Israel for the XGRIDS PortalCam and the expertise behind it — built on direct, hands-on experience with both the software and the hardware.
